| Will the system work on well water? |

| Can I replace my existing water softener? |

| No. The Geva system is designed to be a "healthy" water treatment system. We do not add harsh chemicals to your water. If you are experiencing bacteria in your water, please contact one of our customer service agents for some suggestions addressing this issue. |

| How will I know when to refill the Siliphos Balls?. |
| Siliphos Balls release at a rate of 2-3 parts per million and typically last from 12 to 18 months. We suggest that you check the Siliphos Balls with your yearly system maintenance. Shortly before the anniversary of your purchase, our customer service department will mail you a reminder and an order form for refill Siliphos Balls |

| Will the system remove Iron from my water?. |
| Yes. In most instances the system will remove all of the iron from your water. In the event that you have dangerously high levels of iron in your water, you may be required to back wash the system more frequently |

| Does the backwash really only take 3-5 seconds? |
| Yes! With the powerful action taking place inside the system, it is able to empty the debris chamber and cleanse the filter in only 3-5 seconds. |

| I really never have to purchase another filter? |
| Really! The Geva�s filter is made from marine grade surgical steel. The powerful backwashing action ensures that the filter is cleaned on a monthly basis when you flip the orange switch. You can save time and money with the Geva system! |
