Project Summary

Tenant representatives for a 25,000 SF build-to-suit office building near St. Louis. The program included 136 workstations, 2,000 SF sever room with a 60 KVA UPS. The building AC system was upgraded from 30 tons to 90 tons to accommodate the high density workstations and lab environment, coordinated the installation of a specialized physical security system.
