Project Summary

Charron Consulting is the development manager for a mixed -use, high density residential and retail complex located on a 5-acre brown-field site near Reagan National Airport in Arlington, Virginia. The project includes a structured parking facility, 472 condominium units totaling 432,000 SF, a 50,000 SF Harris Teeter grocery store and 30,000SF of tenant retail space.
