Project Summary

Charron Consulting has a task order contract with Newport News Shipbuilding to provide project management on a number of projects within the shipyard.

The initial tasks include the lengthening of Pier 2, installation of a baffle and dam system in Dry Dock 12, and the rail reinforcement of the 900-ton crane.
