It's been ages since our last newsletter and we're sorry about that. The simple fact is, we've been really busy with exciting new changes for our company and lots of interesting projects for our clients.
New Brand
Strategic Solutions has spent some time redesigning its own brand. Since we're pretty good at branding ideas, logos, web sites, and the like, we figured that we had outgrown our brand image and it was finally about time that we gave our own company an overhaul. So we went ahead and created a powerful cutting edge brand with a stunning site designed to impress with clarity of content, functionality, and search engine performance. The very same thing we've been doing for our customers!

New Websites
Some of you may have noticed some transformations taking place with Strategic Solutions' websites.

We've recently made significant changes to each of our divisions. With a totally fresh appearance and format, the new web sites offer significant enhancements in the areas of content and navigation. Not only did we want to give our sites a more contemporary look, but also present new ways to draw attention to our latest products and services.

We have a new phone number

867-5309 is a hit song from the early 80's.

888-335-4775 is Strategic Solutions new corporate phone number.

The Reston VA office number 703-537-1978 and the Lehigh Valley office number 610-433-5075 are in the process of being phased out to make way for our new toll free number 888-335-4775. We also have a new corporate fax number, which is 888-815-7471.

We know what you're thinking. All these years with the same office numbers, then one day...Bam! A brand new toll-free one! While you may be asking yourself, "Why would they go and get rid of perfectly good phone numbers when they seemed to be working just fine?", the answer is simple...our clients. The new fully automated toll free system is designed to streamline your calls and ensure better customer service, with increased efficiency and convenience. Strategic Solutions is continuously improving our products, services, and facilities to better serve our clients. So whether your trying to reach Ruth in Reston or Larry in Lehigh Valley, now there's only one phone number you need to remember.

We admit that a phone number change could be considered an inconvenience, but we thought "What the heck… it also gives us an excuse to get back in touch with some old friends we haven‘t talked to in a while". So if you feel like it‘s been too long please give us a call. If you don‘t feel like calling but still want to say "Hello"... email is great for us too.
